Indigo Software has purchased ownership and support rights to the Cobwebb Communications suite of business documentation products in Asia Pacific and become the primary reseller for Cobwebb software solutions across the region.
Operating in the UK and Australia, Cobwebb offers a range of document management solutions for the efficient printing of barcode labels, dispatch dockets and accounting documentation, plus document storage and retrieval systems, all of which integrate fully with ERP and WMS systems. Currently, Cobwebb has 15 customers across the Asia Pacific region, in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Mauritius, with reference sites including K-Mart and Costco.
Warehouses across Asia and the Pacific region are keen to remove paper from their operations and in doing so, communicate more efficiently, reduce postage costs and generally become more efficient.
Cobwebb provides an ideal solution for these requirements and is already widely used by around 50% of Indigo’s existing customers. After establishing its operation in Asia Pacific, this partnership between Indigo Software and Cobwebb was a natural progression and provides Indigo with an immediate footprint and established customer base in the region.
