In other industry news, on our front cover Swisslog’s humanrobot picking solution Automated Item Pick (AIP) has won the 2016 Industriepreis at Hannover Messe. AIP was the winner in the Intralogistics & Production Management category. We also have an interview in this issue with Richard Champion, Packaging Business Director – Antalis, the packaging supplier to warehouse and logistics operations, e-commerce businesses and others. If you’re planning to invest in upgrades for your business, don’t miss our Loading Bay feature. Stertil UK has refurbished and updated a major loading bay installation for AAH Pharmaceuticals, the pharmaceuticals and healthcare distributor. Hörmann’s recent investment in its service department is paying off with 30- 40 percent of projects now being sold with a service contract. Staying with the loading bay, Sara LBS’s new website offers technical brochures, CAD files and a comprehensive spare parts list.
