Print and apply experts Logopak have been working with New Look at their Newcastle-Under-Lyme national distribution centre for over 10 years, labelling hanging garments prior to their distribution.
New Look have recently added six more Logopak print and apply labelling machines to lines applying labels to totes carrying stock replenishment items to stores around the UK. The new machines are Logopak 410’s operating at 15 labels/minute.
Logopak reliability had been proven on the existing hanging garment labellers over a 10 year period, and the proposed solution demonstrated a very high degree of accuracy in the label placement to within +/- 1mm. The Logopak 410F tote labellers integrate with the WMS operated by PSB, the German systems integrator who run the site.
