The Battery Group also has a fleet of highly skilled and experienced battery and charger engineers who can carry out planned maintenance as well as emergency repairs.
Controlled from their Service Management Centre in Manchester, their engineers are located in strategic positions across the country which enables them to deliver a quick and effective service to customers. “If we’re called to carry out an emergency repair we aim to fix the problem there and then” commented Director, Thomas Burgess. “To support this all our service vans have been professionally fitted out with a racking and storage system. This means that our engineers arrive on site with an extensive range of equipment, spare battery components and a selection of service cells.”
