Family run business Express Linen Services, whose clients include the NHS, suffered a devastating fire at one of their depots meaning the immediate and dry storage of linen became a major priority.

Express Linen Services contacted Aganto as they needed a temporary unit erected and ready to use within a very short space of time; they had heard of Aganto’s reputation in being able to fulfil exactly what they promised- and fast.

Director Andy Butters was assigned the building project and soon forged a strong relationship with Express Linen. Andy understood that time was critical due to the fire damage and that they needed immediate storage for their linen in order to keep operations as smooth and undisruptive as possible, and to ensure their reputation for fast, impeccable service remained intact.

An immediate temporary storage facility was installed at the depot in just days. The 5m wide x10m long x 3.2m high building was insulated and came with a roller shutter door and access pedestrian door. The experienced Aganto site managers were also aware of the emergency requirement due to the fire and worked just as hard to ensure Express Linen had storage for their key product- and indeed resume their core business strength of fast service.

Echoing Aganto’s own brand ethos of delivering customer expectations rapidly, Express Linen’s main priority was to get up and running post-fire as fast as possible. Managing director Mark Bruce says:

“At a stressful time they moved as quickly as they could and have been very helpful. They understood that time was of great importance and pushed things along nicely.

A0010634[8]Express Linen is a company that has always tried to offer a high standard of customer service and this is exactly what we received from Aganto.”
