Palletline is delighted to announce two new appointments to its board of directors. Mark McColl is formally appointed finance director and Glenn Baker is appointed network director.

Mark McColl, has over 30 years experience in blue chip companies and SME’s having held a number of directorships in both finance and wider management roles. He joined Palletline, in September 2015, on an interim basis and has given tremendous support to the managing director, Graham Leitch who said: “A highly commercial finance director – Mark has very quickly developed a sound understanding of our business and the importance of the relationship we have with our Members, which is critical to the effective management of Palletline”

McColl adds: “Palletline is a fascinating business and I am thrilled to have been formally appointed to the board. My priority is supporting the network to evolve in line with the demands of the marketplace.”

Glenn Baker joined Palletline in 2015 having held senior positions in a number of general haulage companies, pallet networks and the ports industry.

With 30 years experience, in the industry, he has already made significant progress with the strategic development team at Palletline particularly relating to new member recruitment, marketplace offering to potential members and territory alignment.

Baker commented: “I am committed to ensuring Palletline maintains its position as the premier pallet network with a keen focus on quality and efficiency.
