A kitchen appliance manufacturer in Hampshire was suffering problems with badly dusting floors and wanted to improve the visual appearance of the warehouse area at their Havant site.

We suggested not only the most suitable repair products and floor coatings but a trusted and experienced flooring specialist to apply the products, Aedean Flooring Ltd in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The floor was shot blasted and lightly ground and then repaired with Watco Concrex®, an incredibly strong epoxy resin repair mortar and Watco Flowpatch®, a pourable patch repair material for heavily trafficked floors.
Aedean suggested the use of colour instead of hatching and Kenwood thought it a good idea to make each of the six aisles a different colour, this had a further benefit of making identification of each aisle easier.
Epoxy Gloss Coat Rapid in mid grey was used in the main walkways in the warehouse so that they could be back in use quickly after coating and Epoxy Gloss Coat in Safety Yellow, Signal Red, Royal Blue and Black in the aisles.
