Quirk joins Macfarlane Group

Macfarlane Group PLC, the UK’s largest distributor of protective packaging, has appointed Derek Quirk, who joined the company as Director of Group Risk in December 2015, as Company Secretary.

Derek joins Macfarlane Group’s Executive Committee and will act as Secretary to the Board and its committees. He also provides legal support and heads up the Group’s Internal Audit function.
