TVH Group has acquired the assets of the Danish lift truck manufacturer DanTruck ApS. As a result, TVH becomes the exclusive distributor of parts for DanTruck and Heden lift trucks as of 21 March 2016.
Compact, modern and environment-friendly lift trucks DanTruck ApS originated in 2000 as a result of the fusion of the Danish competitors DanTruck and Heden. These two companies were established at the beginning of the 60’s. DanTruck ApS was specialised in the development of compact, modern and environment-friendly lift trucks and is active throughout Europe. In total, the company produced close to 10 000 lift trucks.
The parts range is composed of approximately 18 000 references.
Exclusive distributor
As a result of the acquisition, starting 21 March TVH will stock and sell the original DanTruck and Heden parts exclusively. In addition to the parts, TVH also acquires the supplier and customer portfolio. To guarantee a smooth transfer, the parts consultant of DanTruck ApS will assist TVH.
