Industrial labelling Systems Ltd (ILS) based in the North-west is the UK’s leading supplier of a range of revolutionary automatic print & apply labelling systems has recently invested in two more apprentices to assist in the increased turnover of the business over the last 2 years.
Megan Hopwood has joined ILS as an apprentice marketing and business administrator, her duties include using sage accounts packages & communicating with both customers and suppliers, Megan will also assist in the planning, development and implementation of the ILS marketing strategy for all advertising and PR activities whilst training at Oldham Training Centre (OTC).
Ben Tobin-Boyce has joined ILS as the new technical apprentice, Ben’s duties include assisting senior technicians with new installations on customer sites, in house machine repairs, sales demonstrations at customer’s sites & help in the manufacture of self -adhesive labels.
Both Megan & Ben are studying for a level 2 NVQ diploma in their subject’s then progress to achieve a higher NVQ qualification through the OTC which has built up a reputation over 45 years as a place which recruits and trains enthusiastic people who are keen to better themselves while OTC adapts their services to meet the changing requirements of apprentices in industry.
