Paragon Software Systems, Inc, the UK vehicle routing and scheduling specialist, has announced the expansion of its US business to support its growing customer base in North America. Paragon’s Dallas-based team will be joined by two customer support consultants and two sales representatives, together bringing 60 years of supply chain and logistics experience.

Paragon has operated in the US since 2004, and now has more than 70 clients ranging from Heritage Environmental Services to George’s Chicken to National Food Corporation. It has helped its US customers reduce fleet size by 20 percent, reduce empty running miles, lower fuel usage and costs and improve customer service. Joining Paragon in the US are Jason McCourt, Daniel Greenberg, Jeff Kjosa and Robert Ramirez.

Jason McCourt joins as a Senior Support Consultant. An experienced supply chain professional, Jason was responsible for purchasing Paragon software for McLane Company during his tenure as Corporate Manager of Transportation and Logistics Planning.

Daniel Greenberg also joins as a Senior Support Consultant. He brings more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing transportation management systems (TMS), fleet and same day routing and optimisation solutions for supply chain brands including Exel and FedEx.

Jeff Kjosa takes the role of fleXipod Sales Executive focused on selling the mobile proof of delivery and fulfillment system. He has more than a decade of experience successfully selling SaaS-based applications to retailers, wholesalers and distributors.

Robert Ramirez joins Paragon from IBM. As a Senior Sales Executive he will be selling the full range of Paragon solutions. He brings 18 years of experience in successful enterprise services sales.
