The appointment of manager Kevan Barker will see the projects team at garage and industrial door manufacturer Hörmann go from strength to strength.
Kevan joins Hörmann as its new projects installation manager with a wealth of experience having worked at automatic and industrial door manufacturer, Gilgen UK for over a decade.
In his new role, Kevan will be looking at ways to increase the efficiency of the projects team and enhance the overall service provided to Hörmann’s end customers, which include John Lewis and Amazon.
Kevan commented: “Hörmann has a really strong product range so I’m very excited to be working with such a respected brand. I believe strong communication is key to providing a great service and I’m keen to find a way to open up more of a dialogue with our customers to further improve working relations.”
Working alongside the other 10 members of his team, Kevan will supervise the on-site management of new door installation projects. He will ensure that every part of the process is completed to the highest possible standard, from the moment an order comes in up until the project is signed off.
