The balers are expertly designed by highly qualified engineers using modern design techniques and are installed in a wide range of leading retail and distribution centres throughout the UK.

CK International are the authorised dealer for Avermann channel press balers and compactors in the UK. This dealership together with our manufacturing capabilities gives CK International the ability to provide a wide range of recycling solutions.

Our customers are achieving high throughputs of up to 30 tonne/hr and are baling high volumes of waste materials including shredded plastic, PET, carbon fibre, cardboard, plastic, RDF and foam off-cuts.

Waste materials can be fed into the machines using a variety of methods. We have customised machines to accommodate loading from a dock, a mezzanine floor and air fed systems. The machines produce high density mill size bales which can generate revenue.

Our sales team work closely with our customers and carry out waste audits to determine the most suitable waste compaction equipment for each application. Baler installation and on-site training is completed by a fully qualified CK International engineer.

In addition CK have a team of UK based service engineers who can maintain and look after CK, Avermann and other makes of balers and compactors.
