West Yorkshire-based Boococks Commercials commenced coverage of the DN 1-12, 14 and 17 areas in October. The company offers general haulage, storage, container and refrigerated services and is based in Batley, near Wakefield.

The rest of the Doncaster postcode will be serviced by the newly expanded area of Cartwright Brothers, which has been a member since 2001, and by the Green Group, which joined Pall-Ex in 2013.

Pall-Ex’s second new member is Nova Transport, which is headquartered in Bristol and will cover the BS10, 11, 32, 34-37 and GL12-13 postcode areas.

Meanwhile, Glasgow-based Pegasus Express has further cemented its relationship with Pall-Ex, adding a fourth depot to boost its presence within the network while becoming solely a Pall-Ex member. The extra site in Cleland will allow the Scottish haulier to cover part of the EH postcode area in addition to its existing region.

“The addition of Boococks Commercials and Nova Transport to our membership means that we have a very strong network to cover the entirety of the UK reliably, with the high quality of service that we have become known for,” commented Pall-Ex UK managing director Cris Stephenson.

“I would like to welcome both businesses to Pall-Ex, and we are looking forward to working with them over the coming months and years.

“The expansion of Pegasus Express and Cartwright Brothers’ remits further strengthens our already excellent service, particularly in Scotland, and has cemented our relationship with the two businesses.”
