We know that the process of choosing a temporary building is a complicated one. For most people, it isn’t something that you do every day – from developing your technical specification, deciding on hire period, through to planning and managing installation and looking after the building maintenance after it is erected.

At Spaciotempo, we like to take a partnership approach to each project  we undertake – from taking your initial enquiry, to developing a comprehensive and accurate quotation for you, through to installation, and aftercare.

We are able to do this because, with over 40 years in the business, we are experts in our field, so we can give you as much (or as little) support as you need – and our customers tell us that this makes all the difference – that it really does feel like a partnership.

So how does it work in practice? We believe in personal service – so at every step, you will be looked after by a named member of our friendly team:

Step 1: Initial Enquiry

Our Sales Administrator with take as many details from you as possible on your enquiry and allocate your enquiry to one of our dedicated Business Development Managers or BDMs.

Step 2: Proposal

We won’t just email you a quote. Your BDM will talk to you to get an understanding of your business, and your temporary building needs and together you will develop a solution that works for you. We will always come out for a site visit to make sure our specification is right, and if you need us to come out again (and again!), that’s fine. We are committed to delivering the perfect solution for your business however long it takes, and wherever your building is located.

Step 3: Logistical Planning

Once you are happy with the specification, and price, we will work with you to decide on a timeframe to erect the building. We are all about flexibility so will pull out all the stops to work to your timings.

Step 4: Installation

Your project with be handed over to our Operations Team who will manage your installation; and because we have our own Install Teams, you can have confidence in the fact that your building will be delivered to site, installed (and dismantled) by Spaciotempo’s own qualified staff, who are fully trained and compliant with Health & Safety regulations.

Step 5: After Care

We value our customers so if you encounter a problem after installation, at any stage, we will help you sort it out. We contact all our customers after installation to talk to them about their Spaciotempo experience and we really do value your feedback, incorporating it into our training and where possible, product development.
