At Interpack 2014 Loadhog Limited, the UK-based manufacturer, will not only be showcasing its array of innovative returnable transit packaging products but also launching the latest addition to the ever-growing range – the Attached Lid Container.
The Attached Lid Container boasts several inventive features which offer significant benefits to experienced packaging professionals. When empty containers are nested in stacks, the innovative tessellated lids will hang down the containers’ sides in a perfect vertical line and interlock neatly and tightly with the containers’ lids immediately above and below, regardless of the height of the stack, with no tapering or overhang, close to neighbouring stacks, thereby reducing the likelihood of damages and increasing vehicle fill by as much as 10%.
Other Loadhog products on show at Interpack will include the intelligent glass packaging system, Smartstak; the original Loadhog Lid, an injection moulded pallet lid with integral, tensionable straps, available in UK, Euro and Half Euro sizes; and the unique end-to-end HogBox transit system.
The multi award-winning manufacturer’s product range has proved successful in retail, automotive, manufacturing, postal and glass industries, to name but a few. Loadhog’s international sales team are constantly discovering new and novel applications for the company’s pioneering products, such as the Pally & Lid system, which is a complete alternative to roll cages, and the waved-edge layer Smartpad, which increases the stability of palletised glass markedly.
