For the second year in succession Jungheinrich has been named CEVA Logistics’ European Supplier of the Year at an awards event designed to recognise best practice and excellence among CEVA’s worldwide supplier base.
CEVA’s Global Supplier Awards 2013 were presented at a gala dinner in Florida, USA, and the award was accepted on behalf of the Jungheinrich Group by Frank Loeber, Jungheinrich’s Head of Corporate Key Account Management and Mick Wright, Corporate Key Account Manager.
CEVA’s CEO, Marv Schlanger, commented: “Excellence really was the theme of the day; starting with the opportunity for us to bring supply chain excellence to life at our Center of Logistics Excellence and ending with the recognition of outstanding performances among our supplier community. Winners of other categories in CEVA’s Global Supplier Awards 2013 included: TNT Express (Road Supplier of the Year); Overland Total Logistics (Asia Pacific Supplier of the Year); and IAG Cargo (Air Supplier of the Year).
