Stand 17Q105 (Hall 17) will feature equipment displays, video presentations and hands-on demonstrations of Kalmar’s latest systems solutions to enable visitors to experience its latest innovations, plus its extensive range of equipment and application-specific handling solutions.
The interior stand will be supplemented by a 150 sq metre exterior space, adjacent to the hall, where Kalmar’s DCG heavy-duty forklift, the market-leading TT612d distribution tractor and the DRF 45-tonne reachstacker will be on display.
Internal displays – Stand17Q105 Hall 17
Here, visitors will be treated to live demonstrations of Kalmar’s latest integrated automation solutions for industrial and container handling operations plus real-time demonstrations of C-Parts, Kalmar’s latest online parts ordering system. Also on display will be the new EGO cabin as featured on Kalmar’s DCG forklifts.
Rolling video presentations of Kalmar equipment and systems in real-world situations will be running throughout the show and a team of experienced staff will be on hand to talk visitors through the various displays and online demonstrations.
Kalmar will be demonstrating its SmartPort Alliance program, which brings together the best-of-breed technology vendors to offer complete solutions for improving the efficiency of both port-side and inland container terminals.
Kalmar will also be demonstrating C-Parts – a fully functional e-commerce portal that enables registered users to check pricing and stock, and place orders online. Order status, delivery and invoicing are all accessible via the portal.
External display – adjacent to Hall 17
The latest Kalmar DCG forklift truck in 15-tonne capacity, the 45-tonne Reachstacker and the latest TT612d distribution tractor will be on display.
The DCG forklift range (capacities 9-18 tonnes) boasts innovative design features to improve productivity, reduce costs and enhance driver satisfaction. All-new electric and hydraulic systems give quicker response, high lifting speed and better control, while new load-sensing hydraulic pumps give improved fuel efficiency. The EGO cabin features multiple adjustments allowing the driver to create the optimal environment for comfort and maximum productivity.
