Joloda have worked with some of the largest blue chip companies over the years on automatic loading and for this particular case study, are using Kimberley Clarke to present their story of how the Joloda loading system has revolutionised their logistics supply chain.

As experts in the field of automatic loading, Joloda have also been asked to take part in the AMHSA “meet the expert” panel which will be taking place every day around the pavilion, where prospective buyers for automatic equipment can literally meet the experts discussing various issues relating to the industry and provides a chance to speak with them on any questions or requirements.

As the focus of this exhibition is materials handling, for their stand Joloda will use this show to concentrate on the automatic loading systems they have to offer the industry. The Joloda automatic loading systems are widely used by many industries such as brewery, fmcgs, food anything moved in volume would benefit from an automatic loading system as it loading time is reduced from 45 minutes to 90 seconds.

It is now used by, Princes Soft Drinks, Coors and Budweiser and all Dutch supermarkets. There are around 500 units in operation across the world.

For longer shuttles of palletized loads, 50km+, the Trailerskate system is used. This is a 14m automatic Joloda skate running out of the dock into a flat floor or 4 rails. The latest company to invest in this system is DHL for their expansion of their NDC at Cannock for Unilever. Other customers include Coca Cola and Britvic.

With the cost savings, increased safety and reduction in carbon footprint, automatic truck loading is the next step to optimise your logistics supply chain.
