SELLING SKILLS TRAINING MIDLANDS 27/28 NOVEMBER

Following the tremendous success of the recent workshops in Manchester and Swindon, RediRack are pleased to announce their next 2-day selling skills training workshop entitled:

“How to Find and Win Business in a difficult Market…”

This highly anticipated training course is tailored to the storage solutions industry and open to existing and potential RediRack distributors and trade accounts, as well as those who may influence the sale or purchase of storage equipment.

Designed for experienced sales people as well as an intensive course for those new to or moving in to selling, we will cover how and where to find sales opportunities, how to approach new accounts, and how to open up the opportunity to make the customer want to do business with you.

Redirack adopts a sales training approach which is industry specific and concentrates on:

  • Shifting from a product focus to a customer focus
  • Planning what to ask not what to tell
  • Moving from persuading to understanding
  • Addressing customer needs through product solutions

The training will be highly practical, interactive and will focus on alternative storage systems, combining selling skills training with product knowledge and industry specific case studies and role plays.

The workshop will be led by Ray Phelan who has extensive experience of leading and training sales teams alongside Jim Davenport with 35 years sales and sales management experience in our industry and will be held in:

The workshops are free of charge to RediRack distributors and trade accounts and £99 plus VAT to others, price includes hotel overnight accommodation, all meals and training materials. Numbers are restricted to ensure interaction through the day and early booking is highly recommended.
