SFL Limited, the change management consultancy which specialises in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, has appointed Emma Jones as Chief Executive.
Jones, 30, joined SFL in 2006, having made a rapid ascent in the retail sector at Matalan and Asda. The promotion follows her successful contribution to the continued growth of the business in her role as Client Services Director.
As Chief Executive she seeks to further expand the business which offers six core services: Leadership Assessment, Strategic Direction Setting, Transformational Leadership, Talent Development, Performance Management and Customer Impact.
She takes over from John Fay MBE, who founded SFL in 2003. Fay will continue to play an active business development role in the business.
