amhsa-websiteThe new website of the Automated Material Handling Systems Association has now gone live and has been well received by the organisation’s members.

As well as featuring a fresh look and logical layout, the new website is designed to be more practical and easier to navigate, both for visitors and Association members. Says Graham Watts, AMHSA Secretary, “The new site is packed with essential information and resources that we hope visitors to the site will find really useful. There’s a list of members and their services, of course, but also a comprehensive library of case studies – which are arranged according to the automated handling technology employed, such as AGVs, order picking solutions and sortation systems – and a section dedicated to product information. Visitors to the new site can download information from its web pages in a variety of formats including PDF and movie files.”

Useful resources

For members, there is a password-protected library of resources that includes regulatory information relating to various types of handling equipment, white papers, data sheets, minutes and logos. “The new site also has a Help Desk,” continues Graham Watts, “where visitors can send questions by e-mail and view FAQs relating to automated handling.”

Growing membership

AMHSA has been the voice of the UK automated handling industry for the past 23 years, dedicated to promoting excellence in handling automation in terms of solutions, after sales support, reliability and safety.
