A new materials handling machinery website has just launched which promises to make finding a forklift truck practically as easy as purchasing online groceries.
The Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks website, now live at www.mitforklift.com, reflects the company’s defining principles – founded on the combination of friendly local dealers with big business resources. Where it differs from the competition is in arming customers with full information before they liaise with dealers directly on which truck or service suits them best.
Mike Jones, General Manager of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks UK, explains: “Our aim is to give the customers everything they need to make acquiring our products and services as simple as possible. The site is the first of its kind to have the same domain translated into six different languages, accommodating its international customers as fully as its national users.
Locally, Mitsubishi dealers have their own satellite web pages which contain additional information relevant to specific regions.
