Gordon Riske currently CEO of both KION Group GmbH and Linde Material Handling GmbH, will in future focus on running the KION Group. Theodor Maurer, sales director for the Linde brand, is to become CEO of Linde Material Handling GmbH with effect from May 1 this year. Theodor Maurer will also take on the role of labour relations director for Linde Material Handling.
Other appointments include:
• Christophe Lautray and Heinz Baumgarten join the management board of Linde Material Handling.
• Christophe Lautray, currently managing director of French subsidiary Fenwick, will become responsible for sales and after sales.
• Heinz Baumgarten, currently head of production at Linde, will become the production director for the Linde Brand.
• Dr. Matthias Schmitz, finance and IT director, and Klaus Hofmann, who is responsible for hydraulics, will continue to serve on Linde’s management board.
• Jérôme Wencker will replace Christophe Lautray as managing director of Fenwick. Currently Jérôme is responsible for sales and service at Fenwick.
In the UK the structure remains the same with Kerry McDonagh continuing in his role as CEO of Linde Material Handling (UK) Ltd.
