sv536_sovex_officeLeading conveyor manufacturer Sovex has opened prestigious new offices and showrooms in Bingham, Nottinghamshire. The 2,000 square foot facility marks the company’s continual expansion and stocks a comprehensive range of spare parts. This means Sovex engineers can deliver a fast, efficient maintenance service to Midlands based customers.

Steve Nuttall, Sales Director at Sovex, is positive; “The new Bingham site makes Sovex accessible to people living in the Midlands. It means we can present our innovative range of conveyors to potential customers, and offer excellent local support services. Sovex continues to dominate the UK conveyor market and has a growing list of big-name clients. Expansion to the Midlands is the next logical step.”

Sovex is to use the new Bingham offices and showrooms to display its innovative range of conveying equipment. The site will ensure the company continues to deliver the highest possible levels of customer service.

Sovex offers tailored operational maintenance contracts, which allow companies to manage their conveyor systems effectively and concentrate on primary business activities. These often include 24-hour emergency call out support. The Bingham site’s location means Sovex engineers can reach Midlands based customers quickly, and get conveyors back in operation as soon as possible to minimise costly downtime.

Steve continued; “The new Bingham facility will work alongside our Prenton headquarters to deliver high levels of customer service. Sovex is enjoying strong sales and will continue to grow throughout 2009.”

Sovex manufactures and sells Boom Conveyors used primarily for loading and unloading vehicles with loose and unpalletised parcels. Based in Prenton on the Wirral, the company employs around forty people and is one of only a few UK conveyor manufacturers.
