First product launch of Hydraroll Quick Fit Rollerbed Van System!!!!!
Joloda International Ltd, the world’s leading designer, manufacturer and installer of loading, handling and logistics systems for the transport, containerisation and industrial sectors, are exhibiting on stand 404, Hall A6 at this year’s Transport Logistic Exhibition, Germany.
For this exhibition, it will be the initial product launch of a new innovation by Joloda Hydraroll, the world renowned Hydraroll air cargo pneumatic rise and fall roller bed technology designed specifically for vans. With environmental and congestion issues in the headlines continuously, there has been mounting pressure to reduce the number of large trucks moving goods in and out of the city centres and other built up areas. This has led to an increased usage of smaller commercial vehicles for moving goods around on pallets, which need the speed advantage of a Joloda Hydraroll loading system!
The van PRT system is a full length roller bed for small vehicles, portable and installed by a driver in 5 minutes without the use of any specialist tools, no experience necessary! It is to load and unload safely and quickly 3 or 4 pallets up to 1000 kilos in weight and of various footprint sizes, suitable also for cage pallets, stillages, post pallets and slip sheets.
Suitable for medium and long wheel based transporter vans as supplied by all leading manufacturers. The roller bed is powered by 12v low current compressor, all internally fitted within the roller bed dimensions connected via the cigarette lighter socket of the transporter van.
This makes it ideal as a van accessory for the city and urban delivery of palletised goods in the paper, print, parcel industry, office equipment, food and drink markets.
At Munich, Joloda Hydraroll will have a van on display with the system inside and an operator to show just how simple it is to set up and use the system. The loading demonstration will show a loading time reduction of over 50%.

i was show this van roller system today as i was in my local mercedes van dealership near heathrow today 29/04/09 and i must say that i think it is a great idea that i was thinking would come out one day and it has!
its simple to use and fit and is easy to transfer the system into another van if required.
joloda is a very well known company for larger truck roller systems, so we know they work and im sure these systems will sell well to and help many people in the transport industry wich i am also in.
