amhsa-2009-symposium.jpgThe Automated Material Handling Systems Association (AMHSA) has lined up a strong agenda for its symposium on 2nd April 2009. The morning session will include presentations on e-commerce retailing, new build management and the purchase of warehouse management and control systems. Then, following a lunchtime networking opportunity, there will be case studies from leading organisations including Clarks Shoes, Redcats, the British Library and Cromwell Tools.

“Interest in the event is high,” explains AMHSA secretary Graham Watts. “Both the presentations and the case studies cover subjects that are of real value to logistics and material handling professionals. The day will afford powerful insights into how to achieve the best results when developing an automated warehouse facility, as well as providing delegates with an opportunity to pose questions to the experts.”

To be held at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire, this free one day event is ‘by invitation only’ and AMHSA recommends all those interested in attending should register online straight away to avoid disappointment:  www.amhsa.co.uk/sign.htm.  The full agenda for the day can be viewed at www.amhsa.co.uk/agenda.htm
