UK market leader in traction battery rental, Norco Group, and Total Battery Management are delighted to announce the merger of TBM in to the Norco Group of companies. Under the terms of the deal, Norco will make a sizeable financial investment in TBM to support the growing demand from its customer base for battery extractor and transfer carriage systems. TBM, European dealer for BHS Global Inc., specialises in battery room solutions for all materials handling applications. Services include the design, supply and installation of battery extractors, automated transfer carriages, gantry cranes and all associated electrical and ventilation installations. TBM also offers a wide range of products and accessories designed to ensure safe working systems in battery room applications.
Norco markets and distributes traction batteries and related support services under a range of innovative products that deliver substantially reduced costs to owners and operators of materials handling equipment. Mutual customers, along with the existing client bases of both companies, will benefit from the delivery of fully integrated solutions, capitalising upon the combined knowledge and experience of the Norco and TBM management teams.
