Benefiting from unified branding with the European Pallet Association Ltd (EPAL), the new website has been developed for customers to obtain information and locate authorised EPAL suppliers within the UK.
The clean design and simple navigation makes it easy for visitors to find their way around the site and access a whole host of information, much of which is downloadable. To ensure the quality of materials and performance is maintained throughout the life of the pallet, there is a stringent criteria for undertaking EPAL pallet repairs and only carefully selected and certificated repairers are allowed to undertake the work. Potential repairers can access information on the criteria, how to become compliant, a Q&A section and a whole lot more on the repair service requirements. Customers are also able to view repair service details and an overview of the EPAL system to ensure they are confident in the standards of EPAL pallets and the quality solution it delivers.
