QTS one of only a handful of warehouse suppliers with the certification underwent an independent assessment conducted by the Quality Management systems; one the UK’s leading Certification Body. The stringent certification process investigates all aspects of the business to ensure internal systems are in line with benchmark practices and demonstrates QTS’s commitment and conformity to customer service and quality.
ISO 9001:2000 was introduced in December 2000 and is by far the world’s most established quality framework, currently being used by over 3?4 million organizations in 161 countries worldwide. It requires organisations to demonstrate that they have a quality management system to ensure consistency and continuous improvement; leading to higher levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
