2 new reading modes:
• Aiming mode, for a more accurate targeting of barcodes that may be close to one another.
• Autoscan with “No Duplicate Scan” function, that eliminates reading the same code twice
New supported symbologies among postal codes, linear codes, stack codes and matrix codes
A new rugged “batch mode” is even more efficient:
The batch mode enables the scanner to keep barcodes in the scanner’s memory for a future data transmission. The new functionalities of the batch mode:
• increased speed of barcode upload to your terminal
• an orange Led appears when the barcode download is 100% completed and indicates that there are no more barcodes in memory
Performance and power saving:
It takes 4 hours to get the RoadRunners battery fully recharged and only 2 hours and a half for 80% of the battery to be recharged. Moreover, the charger now reloads the battery even when the scanner is not activated.
