yale-high-level.jpgAlready a market leader for Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks in the USA and with 12 years experience of manufacturing VNA trucks in Europe, Yale has introduced its new High Level (10m) Order Picker with the latest Yale AC Technology, to make this the most efficient and productive order picker produced for Europe, Middle East and African (EMEA) markets.

Designed specifically for use in European distribution warehouses, the new generation of Yale VNA medium and high level order picker benefits from the latest AC sealed motors on drive, lift and steering, solid state CANbus communication and high visibility mast. Available with 1000Kg lift capacity and a 10m pick height, the excellent ergonomics and operator control options make this a VNA order picking truck that should be considered when reviewing fleet requirements.

Yale’s General Manager for Warehouse Equipment Andrea Lucchi said: We have gathered user information and data from across Europe to design and produce the new MO Series VNA Order Picking trucks, designed to exceed customer expectations and outperform the competition. The MO10 and 10S are simply the most efficient and productive medium and high level order pickers available”.

High Productivity
With AC power standard on drive, lift and fly-by-wire steering, Yale can claim the highest productivity from its state of the art technology. Sealed AC motors provide powerful acceleration and fast travel/lift speeds. The CANbus networked control system built in error detection and automatic height sensing, combine with precise operator control to deliver safe, smooth high performance and safer productive operation.

The use of 3 phase AC technology on the MO Series with the MOSFET control system and four performance settings, allows for realtime monitoring of the trucks performance under all operating conditions. The addition of supplementary lift for order picking direct to pallet or cage, when combined with the additional lift/lower and forward/reverse controls on both sides of the truck for off-platform use, makes the MO Series extremely versatile order picker at all operating heights up to 10m. Fast acceleration and diagonal lifting delivers optimal travel patterns to achieve consistently high pick rates.

Ergonomic Design
Yale has spent considerable time researching what operators want from a state of the art VNA truck. The answer is exceptional ergonomics, where everything the operator sees and touches is harmonised to create a near perfect operating environment. From the large uncluttered floor space (just 250mm step height) to the soft cushioned acoustic finish in the cabin, nothing has been left to chance on the MO Series. Every truck function can be controlled without the operator having to reposition the hands. PIN code access and individual operator preferences with height pre-selection, add to the versatility of this truck.

Operator Choice
With three chassis specifications, fourteen high visibility masts, picking heights (h12 + 1600mm) from 5420 to 9995mm, guided or free path travel, warehouse operators have the widest possible choice of specification to match operating requirements.

Andrea Lucchi concluded: “It is by listening to our customers and attention to detail, that has made the Yale MO Series of VNA High Level Order Picking trucks first choice for many operators.”
