TECSYS Revolutionizes Warehouse Management with EliteSeries 8

Chinese Spiral Conveyor copier stopped!
By Judgment of 2 December 2009, the Shanghai Civil People’s Court of China ordered local Cabax to stop manufacturing the infringing Spiral Conveyor and to pay damage compensation. The perception that one cannot put a hold on copies of Western equipment by local Chinese manufacturers has been proven to be untrue. Over the last years and supported by the WTO membership of China, the Chinese law became more open for foreign companies to successfully file their complaints relating to patent infringements.
Uniflex cable conveyors assure high reliability
Even the most sophisticated process can stall when parts commissioning and palletizing are not reliable. For an application at SSI Schaefer in Neunkirchen (Germany), GPA Jacob developed a bespoke solution using KABELSCHLEPP cable chains. SSI Schaefer is one of the world’s largest providers and component manufacturers for warehouse and storage equipment. GPA Jacob, specialised in automation systems, developed a complete solution including wrapping, pallet management and complete material handling. The initial palletising is handled by two linear robots. To achieve maximum availability and reliability, the designers used the proven cable conveyors of Kabelschlepp Uniflex range
Put the environment first with TGW and Crisplant Equipment
TGW Systems Integration – a leading supplier of intra-logistics systems – and Crisplant – a world leader in automated handling systems - have been awarded a contract to install state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution systems in the new Logistics Centre North for clothing retailer, Bestseller, in Haderslev, Denmark. Throughout negotiations for this new-build project, Bestseller placed significant emphasis on achieving the highest standards of environmental and social responsibility, as well as on providing unrivalled working conditions for their employees.
Union Industries’ Ramdoor given the green light at Toyota
Union Industries, the market leading manufacturer of the Matadoor range of Hi-Speed Doors, is helping to keep traffic moving at Toyota Manufacturing UK’s factory in Derbyshire. The Leeds based company has installed one of its heavy-duty Ramdoors at the manufacturing plant. Car components are transported, through the Ramdoor and then distributed around the production lines.
